Please consider helping children and families in need this holiday season.  Carolina Care and Counseling has partnered with PLM Families Together to provide Christmas gifts for three families.  These families have shared a list of “wants and needs” for the holiday season.

• In order to make it easy to accept your generous donations, we have made a list of their items online.  Please go to www.Target.com.   
• Double click “Target Lists” in the upper right hand corner of page
• Double click “Find A List” Go to the “Search by Organization” section ONLY (You do not need a first and last name) 
• Type in Carolina Care and Counseling in the “Search by Organization” section
• This will take you to the list of items we need!  Please send unwrapped so we can match them to the correct families. 

You can print the Adopt A Family list to take with you to Target.  Be sure to present the ID number above, or use the barcode that prints onto the top of the list.  This is important so that we can avoid any duplication of gifts.  Once you make your purchase, you can bring it by our office before December 14th, or have it shipped (information is provided on the website).  We will also accept your monetary donation.  Your donation will be used to purchase gifts, or provide Christmas Food Boxes for each family.  Please put Adopt A Family in the memo of your check.
